With her roots in broadcast media, Penny is a leading media expert in the Kent market place with previous positions as Managing Director of Invicta Radio Group (now Heart Kent) and latterly as Associate Director, Head of Marketing at the KM Group.
Mark Challinor is CEO of Media Futures Consultancy and has had a career inside the news media industry holding previous senior commercial roles at The Telegraph, Daily Mail and Daily Mirror. He sits on the Code of Advertising Panel of the ASA and the board of the International News Media Association (www.inma.org).
